Guests can charge onto a nominated credit card or place a prearranged dollar amount against a bar tab. Once this amount is reached, your guests can pay their own way. You can also specify the beverage selection available on your bar tab
e.g. – beer, wine & soft drinks. For guests running Bar Tabs at functions that are not private we provide a venue tab card which is presented before drinks will be added to a tab.

21st Function
A $500 security bond is required to be paid prior to the event; this covers any incidentals or damage that may inadvertently occur. 21st Birthday functions are required to employ a Security Guard at a cost of $180, the Kooringal Hotel will arrange this
on your behalf.
minors
A minor is defined by law as any person under the age of 18 years of age. This definition is extended to babies & infants. Minors are not permitted in any part of the hotel unless they are in the immediate presence of a parent. The presence of minors
at functions within the Kooringal Hotel should be discussed with management prior to your event.
